Zhuji City Yinhai Mine Machinery Co., Ltd is located at Zhuji City, Zhejiang Province, China. It was established in the middle of 1982. In 2002, we got the certificate of ISO9001. We are a manufacturer specializing in the copper axial sleeve and copper bush, copper worm wheel, high manganese alloy wear resistant steel.

As a private-owned corporate company, we are integrated with the non-ferrous castings, high manganese steel castings, metal processing and testing. Provided with over 85 members and staffs, our total assets reach USD 6 million, occupy 25,000 square metes and have three branches.

In 2003, we produced 410 MT copper axial sleeves (finished products). In 2004, the production was over 1000 MT. Meanwhile, we paid large investment in the modern machinery processing equipments to expand production capacity. Until the year of 2005, our annual production capacity will reach over 1500 MT, 3000 MT high manganese alloy steel.

We always supply full-copper bushes of conic crushers and imported crushers for metallurgical mine, non-ferrous mines and ore mines. Our main clients include Maanshan Iron and Steel Group Nanshan Iron Mine and Gushan Iron Mine, Pazhihua Iron and Steel Group Mine Corp., Dexing Copper Mine Dashan Dressing Plant, and Anhui Tongling Chemical Group Xinqiao Mining Bureau Dressing Plant. We also supply accessories for crusher manufacturers and mainly supply copper bushes, copper bearing bushes, copper sealing rings and copper upper-retaining rings for Guangzhou Trisebring Enterprises (H.K.)Ltd. and GE Hydro Equipment Asia Co., Ltd.

We also produce mine-necessary fittings such as high-Mn wear-resistant parts, liner of ball grinder, bucket tooth of excavator, caterpillar plate, crusher toothed plate and plate-hammer and they were widely evaluated by clients due to high quality. The copper bushes are made with materials from USA and of GB standards and they reach international advanced levels of similar products.

We adopt the centrifugal casting. In the high lead bronze, we adopt the steel die stated casting technique, which gets over the high tin in the lead bronze. They have been preferred by the customers for many years. The ideal quality is in the permanent pursuit of customers. OEM Service: Yes
